Boil, Bone and cut up chicken in bite size pieces.
1 pkg of corn Tortillias, cut in quarters
grated cheddar cheese
Sauce:
Saute onion in 3/4 stick of oleo
Mix in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
1 cup of Chicken stock
Layer 1/2 tortillias, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 sauce, grated cheddar cheese in 9x13 pan. Repeat other half.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
